Ethereum stake withdrawal hits record, with over 780,000 ETH exiting the queue
On August 15, according to data from the validators queue tracking website, the current number of Ether in the exit queue for the Ethereum PoS network is reported to be 788,624 coins, valued at approximately 3.651 billion USD, setting a historical record for the scale of exit in coin terms.
At the same time, approximately 332,846 ETH are queued to join the network.
This situation reflects two opposing forces in the market: on one hand, some stakers may choose to cash out after Ethereum rebounded over 160% since the low in April, leading to a surge in the exit queue; on the other hand, new deposits driven by favorable regulations and institutional demand are also pushing up the entry queue, as some listed companies increase their holdings of ETH and engage in staking.
