The number of users of the AI cryptocurrency app has nearly doubled this year.
AI activity on the blockchain has increased by 86% since the beginning of 2025, with about 4.5 million active wallets participating in AI DApps daily, according to DappRadar.
The market share of AI applications has increased from 9% to 19%, only behind blockchain games (20%). DappRadar experts believe this growth reflects a change in how users interact with Web3, as AI agents are gradually becoming the new main interface. In 2025, AI agent projects raised $1.39 billion, a 9.4% increase compared to last year, surpassing many other Web3 sectors. Data also shows that AI DApp users are widely distributed: Europe accounts for 26%, Asia 22%, North America 15.8%, with the remainder being in unspecified regions. DappRadar predicts that AI will soon surpass games to become the leading sector in Web3.
