Important signal for meme coins: Grayscale has included BONK in the "Assets Under Review" list, with a monthly pump approaching 40%.
Bonk (BONK) is currently reported at 0.00002409 USD during the Asian early trading session today (11), with a monthly increase approaching 40%. Grayscale Research, a subsidiary of Grayscale, has just released its "Assets Under Research" list for the third quarter of 2025, detailing the tokens that the company may potentially include in its investment products in the future. Unfortunately, the company did not provide any explanations regarding the specific options.
The list includes 31 candidate altcoins, which is a reduction compared to the three updates in previous seasons. Many altcoins have been completely removed or replaced by new altcoins, making asset classification more complex.
Grayscale Asset List
Grayscale is one of the largest Bitcoin ETF issuers, with a diversified range of products and services. The company's research department regularly publishes lists of promising altcoins and provides investment advice for each sector.
The company has just released the "Review Assets" list for the third quarter of 2025, which includes some useful details.
Compared to Grayscale's list for Q2 2025, there are some significant changes in this round of asset evaluation. The previous list showed 40 altcoins under consideration, while today's list covers only 31 projects.
This number is lower than the listings of Q1 2025 and Q4 2024, indicating that the range is narrowing.
The Grayscale platform has delisted several projects. For example, in the second quarter, there were 12 altcoins in the "Smart Contracts" category, while the latest version only has 7. Previously, there were 13 Tokens in the "Utilities and Services" category, which has now been reduced to 4.
The list of removed altcoins includes: Babylon, Berachain, Celestia, MOVE, TRON, VeChain, Mantra, ELIZA, Immutable, Akash, FET, Arweave, Eigen Layer, Geodnet, Helium, and Sentiment.
Compared to the previous list, the current list only includes a few old assets.
It is worth noting that Grayscale has created a new category for AI tokens, with several members from the previous list also falling into this category. However, the main changes are not significant.
For example, BONK has joined the rankings after a week of strong growth. The Token price continues to pump strongly today.

Unfortunately, Grayscale did not provide any specific reasons behind these changes in its listing.
The status of MegaETH, Monad, Lombard, Playtron, Prime Intellect, and Story (IP) is uncertain because Grayscale indicates that these tokens do not belong to one of the major asset classes.
The company provided a detailed explanation of its Top 20 asset list, but the "assets under review" list always contains the original data. The logic behind Grayscale's changes is perplexing.
